★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online. The delivery said max 5 days. Charging my credit card took 0 days. The delivery required hours of discussions back and forth with home depots outsourced customer service and a total of 14 days.
The product was delivered all broken by the delivery and I contacted Home Depot the same day of delivery a few minutes after they delivered it.
They said they would pick up the broken product the next day. It took more than one month and multiple hours of discussions with the horrible customer service to come and pickup the product.
I now have 13 pages (over 4000 words) of texting and hours of waiting on the phone with Home Depot and I still did not get a refund.
They always say the same thing: "Some will get back to you in 48 hours". They never get back to me. And they will probably never get back to you.

I would like to commend Natalie who went above and beyond to help me fix an order and shiping arrangement. Also Tracy who is super friendly and exceptional customer service. This Home Depo will continues to have my business thanks in great part to the service given by Natalie and Tracy.
