You can always discuss personal tax with her and get excellent advance and recommendation. I did not know Caroline but sent her emails and called her before. My feeling she is professional and friendly. By chance, Stella Yu has taken care my tax return for last two years. She is very knowledgeable for personal tax. When I explain my situation, she can quickly catch my points. When I ask questions by emails, she always give me answers quickly and accurately. She is responsible and trusty.

They also provided explanation in laymanβs term. We are also grateful for some of the reminders eg red flag items such as deadline etc so those can be done in time. On the recommendation of a friend, I switched to Accel last year due to previous very poor and expensive service, and the results have been excellent. They have provided quality advice which has saved me thousands of dollars and taken the uncertainty and much of the effort out of keeping my accounts and tax filings for three small businesses. Options and recommendations have been clear and open for discussion in language that I actually understand (I am an engineer, not an accountant :-)).
