Their pre-pull policy is quite inexpensive and is a must have service in the fast paced container business.It is a family owned business which enables them to be more flexible than conglomerates such as C.N.
Trucking is either the first or last vital link in the supply chain. It is also the link that is most controllable. Ships and trains can be delayed for a myriad of reasons.
Having a reliable trucker can sometimes off-set delays thus assuaging the customer's frustration somewhat
