I've been going to see Dr. Bob, for about 11 years now. I personally credit him, and his staff for me still having all of my teeth. Everyone in this office is pleasant, friendly and genuinely care about you, and your family. All of my family uses Dr. Bob, and every time I go in, I am asked about them, which just adds a nice touch and shows the amount of care they take in their patients. The fact that we all call him Dr. Bob, speaks volumes in itself of the kind of doctor and person he is and to the type of dentistry he runs. Like I said, everyone is great, and I am so grateful, that I have him as my dentist

On Dec., 23, 2020 I went to the dentist for an emergency repair as a side of my tooth had broke off. because of the snow storm that day they were not busy and were able to take me in right away to examine my tooth. The dentist Dr Bob is very cordial and professional. After he examined my tooth I went to the front desk to talk to Lauren who has been there 18 years and is the receptionist. When I walked into the office she was wearing her mask improperly just hanging below her chin. When I return to the receptionist desk to pay my bill she was still wearing her mask pulled her chin. When it was my turn to talk to her I stood in front of her reception desk and she said to me with a harsh loud tone "move there" as she pointed. I then finished paying my bill to Lauren and I suggested when she talked to somebody she use a more cordial response like "please sir could you step there" . She did not think that she did anything wrong so I corrected her again on what good customer service is. I could see the size of her cheeks turning red as she start to get very angry . I tried again to explain to her what a proper cordial response would be. at that point she looked very angry and she pointed out the door and told me to get out. The manner which she did this is equivalent to being thrown out of an establishment. All I did was question her tone and her responses. She has all the classic responses of a bully from the psychology concept of drama triangle. I will never come back to this establishment again because she kicked me out of there . went to the website for Acadia dental to leave a review and it was not working. This morning I contacted Acadia dental and again I talked to Lauren and told her that I was dissatisfied with the service at the dental office and I want to put a review in somewhere. She directed me to talk to the dentist Dr Bob who is a pretty cool guy. I explained to him what happened in great detail as I explained here. I told this very simple as I do not take rude disrespectful BS . I would have thought the case was closed . But 10 minutes later my phone rings and is Lauren calling me back. She wanted to know if I was satisfied my answer and since she had just talked to the dentist she said she was sorry that I misunderstood the conversation we had. She told me that she had contacted the other gentleman in the waiting room who is a teacher and he was there with his 7-year-old son that he will testify against me if I put a review in that she disagrees with . Our conversation went on for about 5 minutes and she repeated over and over that I had misunderstood the conversation I had with her. Lauren is acted like a bully and the three classical signs that she showed to me in this phone conversation was threatening me if I put a bad review in and she did gaslighting and she said her responses where because i poked at her with my comments . many bullies feel that they are victims because some one caused them to act in a bullying manner . Gaslighting is where an emotionally abusive bully will make the other person question if they remembered something incorrectly. This is the worst customer service I have ever got in a medical office or dentist. I am in complete shock that she even called me back and wanted to get into it again with me over what had occurred. She did this all while talking to me with her mask at her chin contrary to the government imposed mask by law which states every employee must have a mask on. she was in violation of this the total time she was behind her desk because she told me she believed that the glass would protect her... She acted in a very unprofessional manner and was endangering the safety of the other employees and customers coming in by her misunderstanding the mask bylaw. The rest of the staff are really solid good people.

THE BEST. This dentist office is amazing. I had a bad experience years and years ago at my previous dentist that prevented me from going to the dentist regularly. After one visit with Dr. Bob, I am now an enthusiastic patient who can't wait to go to the dentist. They are also amazing with my children and they also love going and have beautiful sparkling teeth. The staff are also incredible and I can't say enough good about this place.

This office is amazing. My whole family goes there and the staff out of their way to make your experience safe and a positive one. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and respect. Lauren at the front desk is so wonderful with the kids and it is always easy to pay through my insurance there. This office has gone out of their way to make it safe since covid restrictions. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Bob, Brandy and Lauren. It took me a long time to decide how I wanted to deal with my teeth, veneers, dentures or partials. I knew veneers would be very expensive but I was willing to go in that direct. After speaking with Dr. Bob and an examination, he suggested a different procedure and answered all of my questions in detail. I had the procedure and am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Bob and Brandy are like a well oil machine the way they work together. This also saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Acadia Dental.

Dr. Bob and his staff are extremely professional, caring and accommodating. What a great experience. It is wonderful to find a dentist like this so close to home. They are definitely a treasure and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Bob is a great dentist. I have been going to Acadia Dental for over 5 years with no issues at all. My children love him.

I had a cracked molar that was quite painful and required an emergency extraction. My regular dentist was unable to fit me in for a few days and Dr. Bob came highly recommended. He fit me in the next day and I can’t thank him and his team enough! My expectations of an unpleasant experience were quickly resolved through their professionalism and very friendly environment. I now know why Dr. Bob and Acadia Dental are highly recommended! Thank you again!
