Had what I needed, good price.

That was an awful experience!! Took a month to get back me, then when I called to see if they had an update they told me the man I was dealing with had gone away. No phone call to let me know, just left in the dark. Then they sent someone else out and I got the feeling he wanted nothing to do with the job and I was wasting his time.

Acacia Landscape is a fantastic company! The team there are friendly, courteous, and do high quality work. It has been my pleasure to have worked for the company as a teenager, and nowadays as a contractor doing higher end work. I am proud to know Mr. McLeish and to have met many of the staff of the Acacia Landscape team.

I contacted Acacia last summer to do some work on a property we purchased. Having them get back to me was a chore and I should have moved on at that point but decided to keep trying as I heard they were a reputable company. After speaking with the office I was informed that there was a pretty steep consultation fee, which I was fine with as it would be deducted from the invoice if we chose to use them for the work, which I planned to. At the meeting Stephen was very knowledgeable and understood what we wanted to achieve, he had great advice and suggestions as well which I liked. It made me feel confident in the choice I made with this company. After our meeting it was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of anyone. The office didn’t return my calls or emails, Stephen (who said I could call him directly) didn’t respond either. After 3-4 attempts with the office he finally got back to me but still took another month + for them to show up. Someone showed up to flush our irrigation. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. No complaints. I received a PAST DUE FINAL NOTICE bill from the company which was the first and only bill from them. After speaking with the office they told me their email system has been not delivering or receiving emails sometimes, which is what they told me after trying to reach them in the past. You would think they would have fixed it since this is a major line of communication for some people, especially with sending bills. Since then I have reached out to the office a few times with only one response saying that they have spoken to Stephen and the owner and they will be getting back to me shortly. That was over 2 months ago. The on site employees seem to be very competent and professional so it is a shame because I believe we would have ended up with a wonderful finished result. At this point we no longer care to use this company. They basically have ignored me for 6+ months and taken our money.
