He is knowledgable, always availabe, actively helping the clients.
He has more than enough information about the parts and capable to offer different solutions to the client.
He has been helping me with my orders and finding the best solutions for my designs.
Furthermore, to me, the store is super organized and professionally partitioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, but one of the best selection of electronic parts in Montreal. However, as Quebec enters the 4th wave on the Covid-19 pandemic, the staff and many customers walk around the small space without masks, put themselves and others in danger of infection. The manager/staff said that they don’t care, and only ask their customers to wear masks, not their staff, and even then, allowed people to walk around without masks. Please avoid for now, buy online, or just use Amazon.ca. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to the store itself, but this is a fantastic company. The staff are really nice and helpful and the selection is superb. I have had 4 orders through Abra's website and each time the package has arrived quickly and well packed. I would recommend to anyone to support them and will definitely buy my electronics from them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place with fantastic service and amazing prices. If you need electronic parts/equipment this is the place to go. I couldn't find what I needed so I asked for help. While looking for the part guy working there said they probably don't have it any longer but continued looking and really made my day. Samsung quote to fix my TV $450 ..... parts i needed to fix it myself $2.25 at ABRA. Thank You

My second time at this store was just as pleasant as my first visit. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of components at beyond reasonable rates. Once again I found unique and rare components I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best place to shop if you’re looking for a huge variety of electronic components. They are well located, the parking is easy to get and the staff is friendly. Although, they’re not all quality to help you for a project. Make sure who you should ask. I used to go at their competitors, but they are a steep ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm literally appalled to find such an electronics store where one can see & touch all the items and freely walk between the isles without being stressed. The selection is very very large. The prices are mostly reasonable. It's simply unfair to expect the same price level with online sellers in China, they have to pay customs and taxes. Also the sales team is very helpful and kind. I'll certainly keep shopping here. PS: There's a parking lot for clients outside.
