★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with Yaelle because of her many 5 star reviews. However, after dealing with her for the purchase of my condo, I was extremely disappointed. It took many attempts just to speak with her on the phone. Whenever we would speak she was in a rush and I did not feel as though i was a priority. I felt pushed aside. I had to bother her to move along with the process because she would never follow up with me. Her emails were not professional and she seemed disorganized. I told her we did not have a broker since we bought through duproprio, and instead of explaining how the process worked she just complained to me that she didn't like when people didn't have brokers. She failed to tell us that we needed a new certificate of location which forced us to buy an extra insurance so we would be covered due to the missing document. I ended up changing notaries 1 week before the signing date. It was the best decision I could have made in this situation. I also noticed that all her positive comments are more than one year old. I don't know why that is but I think something happened between 1 year ago and today. Please beware if you choose Laelle Levy as a notary.
