Abby's Flowers Plus

My husband brought home flowers from Abby's. They are nice, and I do like to support local any chance I can, but with that being said, they're quite overpriced for the variety/type of flowers that were in the bouquet. That's why I'm only giving 3 stars.

Gorgeous flowers and excellent service. Tracy and Cathy and the team go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. An added bonus is they are also really lovely people who are passionate about what they do and about customer service. 10/10 recommend - for me they're the best florist in Abbotsford. :-)

I received a bouquet of flowers from a client. They were given to me around 1pm in my office. They sat in the office in the wrapping on until I got home at 5pm. I recut the stems and vased them. They were absolutely gorgeous. Every lily bud opened and the roses held for a week. My pictures are the progression. 10/10. I have found a new place in which to place my orders. Thanks for such great quality.

This flower shop is amazing! The owners and florist that helped me were unbelievably kind and helpful. I had my order stolen- long story- but the customer service and compassion I received made an upsetting situation better. They reminded me that supporting local and supporting businesses who truely care is important. I appreciated the service and not to mention the flowers I received were beautiful. The florist took extra time to give me tips on how to keep them fresh longer and she was very sweet. I highly recommend supporting this business and I hope to order soon!

We received some flowers from Abby's Flowers Plus and they are beautiful. Very fragrant, bright and cheerful. They arrived fresh and in prefect condition. The delivery lady was very nice as well. We have given flowers from this company before but was very nice to receive them.

My mother passed away on Thursday and a family member sent flowers online the next day. The order went through Abby Flowers. The next day I get a call from them saying that they have a delivery for me and asking "what time is the service" and "do they really need to be there by noon?" I was kind of put off, but told them that I had to start arranging services and cremation and was busy, but later would be fine, too. Apparently what they sent was not what was ordered (some extra money was spent on a few add-ons.) The statue was incorrect, the Bourson cheese in the gift basket had green mold on it, etc. Again, nothing to do with me. For the record, this was a $400.00 order. The older woman calls me (yesterday) and says that they received a complaint about what was sent and starts, very defensively and aggressively, telling me that it was the person who order it's fault and blah blah blah. At this point I got pretty annoyed because my Mom has been dead for 3 days and I asked her how that felt appropriate to her and angrily told her to call the person who ordered to figure it out. She said she couldn't because she didn't have the person who placed the order's information, but it was written all over the cards. This has nothing to do with me and I shouldn't be in the position to try and make the flower delivery people feel better about themselves. Now, she literally just banged on my door. My husband opened it and she was demanding the "containers" for the flowers back because someone had cancelled the order! I finally came down the stairs, told her she was a disgusting idiot, asked if she was proud of herself and shut the door in her face. How this has anything to do with me and why she thought it was appropriate to come to my house is beyond me. Classless.
