I came in for a paint correction, and they went above and beyond my expectations. My truck's paint was worn and had a bunch of scartches, but after I left it with reaper costumes, it looks like new. Highly recommended.

No better detail shop in the valley. Customer service is the best. Can't go wrong with this place. Nimar owns and runs this shop like someone way beyond his years. Need your vehicle detailed or wrapped? Go here!

I contacted Reaper customs to shampoo the interior of my car and the results exceeded my expectations! They got rid of a large white stain on my black car seats (which was very difficult for me to do and definitely visible) and managed to remove the smoker smell from the previous car owner. Not to mention, my vehicle looks and smells fantastic and they returned my car within a couple hours. Worth every penny. I will be sure to revisit!

It is necessary to tell my story to ensure future customers have every opportunity to go elsewhere before giving Reaper Customs (RC) their business. My car club recommended RC to me in spring, as I was looking for a company that would wrap my roof. I checked them out online, and I concluded that they were well supported in the local community, and they had great reviews. I met with the owner of the shop, talked about wrap options, and saw a bit of their work firsthand. The work agreed upon was a roof wrap, partial tinted lights, and a reinstall of my spoiler. My car was new as of September 2020; I installed a spoiler in December using 3M tape, and it had started slightly lifting on one side. I hoped the shop would do a better job than I. He agreed to these items, and I booked an appointment for May 5 as their price seemed the most reasonable (cheapest quote and best reviews, what could go wrong?). The work took a day to complete. I received the vehicle and noticed 2 deficiencies with the wrap from 1 walk around (pics). The spoiler was also half (no exaggeration) lifted off the deck, far worse than when I left the car. All these issues were talked about with the shop owner when the vehicle was received. He apologized and asked me to bring the car in the coming week to have the issues rectified. I agreed. Upon further inspection of the spoiler, I realized that I would have to reinstall it myself as it would fly off the car if I continued to drive it in its current condition. What I found next was appalling. The spoiler was damaged in two places (pics). The panel next to the spoiler had paint stripped (pic). The shop didn’t bother to remove the previous 3M tape from the deck lid (pic). There were two gouges and paint removed on the deck lid as well as scratches all the way down the body (pics). I texted the shop owner letting him know that I had to reinstall the spoiler myself and found damage underneath and wanted to discuss it in person. He called me and asked what I was talking about. When I explained, he said, β€œWe saw some stuff there and thought that was interesting” and he would review the shop’s video footage and we would meet to discuss next steps. He met me at my home that next week, stating that the three cameras that would’ve recorded my car weren’t working, but said that since he couldn’t prove that it was not their error, he would cover the repair. He stated that he would send me to a body shop he works closely with to complete the fix. I looked up the body shop, Pro First Collision (PFC) in Abbotsford, online. Following the online search, I asked RC if I could take my vehicle to a body shop that I trusted, as I wasn’t very comfortable after reading reviews of PFC. I gave a quote from another shop to which he stated it was too high of a price. He assured me in writing that PFC did excellent work and that he would gladly send the car to my choice of shop if I was not satisfied. An appointment was made with PFC. Following that disappointing appointment (see their page for another review), RC repaired the wrap in the two places needed but failed to ceramic coat the repaired wrap. I returned to RC to have the wrap ceramic coated as well as my antenna rewrapped (pic) on July 20. The shop owner helped with the job but left before we could further discuss my experience with his shop. That evening, my car club representative sent a letter to RC following my and another member’s unfortunate experience, expressing concerns and disappointments. The next morning, I received a text message from the shop owner apologizing for my experience and offering me a free car wash. After a conversation was had about my frustrations, he offered several different compensation options that I felt was unnecessary as this would not change my experience. No reimbursement was accepted to remain unbiased. I will never return to this shop. I am extremely disappointed in the quality, correspondence, and professionalism of Reaper Customs and I urge people to take their business elsewhere.

I was referred to Reaper Customs by a friend a couple weeks ago for a full vehicle wrap on my 2022 Acura MDX from white to satin black. They were able to book me in within 2 weeks and got the job completed within 5 days of vehicle drop off. They were super easy to deal with and ensured the process went smoothly. They were very professional and absolutely killed it. My vehicle looks amazing and I will definitely be recommending them to others as well as using them again in the future!

I was blown away with the incredible work that Reaper Customs did on both our offices service vans. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is unparalleled. It's been over a month now since we had our vans done, and our vans have taken a real beating with the historical storms here in the valley, yet the logos they put on still like they were just installed yesterday! The only thing better than the actual product they produce is their above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend Reaper Customs to anyone and everyone!

Great work and service from Nimar and his team. My new roof wrap and antenna look fantastic! They even detailed my interior which was a nice surprise. Didn’t realize they did light tints too, so I think I’ll be back soon to get my side markers smoked. Would highly recommend Reaper Customs if you’re looking to customize your car. Thanks again!!

Here is my detailed experience with Reapers: I showed up with a small job simple wrap on a fender for my motorcycle and yet they treated me as if I was asking for a wrap on entire car. I bumped into 2 of their installers while the manager was busy and they were very friendly and welcoming. I've dealt with many people in the car industry and this outfit top to bottom is top notch. Pricing was great. End product was better then expected. No need to look further. Before & After. Exact match to the Harley factory satin black
