★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience. I needed a new tire and another tire mounted on a rim. They were fast and efficient and very reasonable price. I left with my car driving excellent. I definitely will/would recommend them to anyone needing tires, brakes, alignments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times with different vehicles. Always got tires done quick never had any issues even if I came early. Office staff have a different sense of humor which I enjoy. Shop staff would acknowledge you while working. Great crew?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than 2 months ago i called Abbsry for a new "used" tire .... this is what i got. The towing company that had to come change the tire when it OBVIOUSLY gave out told me there is no way this damage could've been done in less than the 2 months i owned it, and that they must've sold it to me this way. So i went in, only to get bullied by one of their tire guys that told me "Its my own fault" and that they wont be giving me a refund OR replacement.
I could've died.
My children could've died.
Don't EVER go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE. I came simply to get my wheels balanced, and thought it would be no problem and an easy task. I painted my rims a few days ago and was a little scared that they wouldn't be careful with them. I was right. They ended up scratching them up and when I talked to the owner he just disregarded what I said and said I was the one who scratched them. I have pictures before I brought them there, and pictures after they were done balancing them. I will not be telling anyone to go here, and I hope you think carefully before you do as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed new tires for my truck at a good price and meet certain criteria. Sent them an email and got a response same day with 2 quotes with two set of tires. I was pleased with the pricing and went with one of the sets of tires. They installed my new set of tires in about an hour and I'm happy with the choice of tires I went with. I would give them a shout again when I need new tires for my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience whatsoever. Called their Chilliwack office because their Abbotsford office was not answering the phones after multiple times throughout the afternoon. Chilliwack office provided me pricing for both new and used and said Abbotsford had both in stock. Drove from Chilliwack to Abbotsford only to find out that the little hole in the wall office the lady would not even turn around to speak to you and would speak to you looking at her computer screen as you talk to her back. She said the Chilliwack store made an error and they do not have these used tires and proceeded to then give me a price for the same tires but new, even though it was $100 more a tire than a Chilliwack store quoted me. Clearly there is some computer system and or inventory issues not to mention customer service areas for improvement with his business. I guess that’s what you get for a discount tire company.
