I was greeted with a smile and allowed to browse leisurely through the great selection of frames. Charles Abboud provided assistance with care and kindness. He answered my questions in a professional and friendly manner. I was also pleased with the eye examination provided by Dr. Song who was courteous, compassionate and thorough. I would highly recommend Abboud Optical to my family and friends. Excellent service, excellent frames, excellent team.

B	Be Kind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. The best optical location in Ottawa. The owner is super-friendly and helpful and great. I had a hard time finding a place in Ottawa. I finally found it here. My family and friends are going here for our eye glasses. I always recommend it to my friends. They have the best collection of frames and the owner is knowledgeable about the type of the eye glasses. Been going to him for several years and will continue to go there. I am very happy with their service. The customer service is incredible. I went there today. I was two minutes late to pick up the eye glasses. They opened again to give them to me. I really appreciate it.

I slowed to let them pass, they continued this behavior as we continued down Heron road. I'm wondering if this vision employee has vision problems, good news is I know a place they can get that looked at. Edit: To add to my review incase there is more than one vehicle, it is was Lexus, driven by a younger bearded male.

After I said I can't afford that, they tried charging me extra for shaving the lens because they are thick I said I can't afford that. Then they tried charging me and $80 because they are "custom" lenses. After I said I can't pay that, they refused to make my lenses even though they were covered by disability. I then took my prescription to another place and they said I didn't need any of those extra charges. Needless to say, IF YOUR IN DISABILITY DONT GO HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE EXTRA MONEY WHEN THEY DONT NEED TO.
