★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes it's ok but sometimes it's terrible . Seems to be more bad apples than not . Only one good driver but very rare. It's a shame . I drive myself now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are rude denied an elderly woman a ride because she had no cash on her she wanted her husband to pay for her ride when she got there which all taxi drivers usually get paid when they arrive safely to the destination. So they get one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called asking for a dog friendly cab. They said one was on the way. Then we called 45 minutes later and they said one was not available without giving us any timeframe. Pathetic!!! How can you tell customers that?? Horrible experience. Should not be in business and will never use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you were wondering why they hang up sometimes.The dispatchers are based out of Pakistan they are not here in B.c. So don’t try to give them directions you would be wasting your time and when they hang up I’m assuming that the dispatcher might not be familiar enough with the subject of the call so they pass it on to the next dispatcher hope this was helpful other than this odd biusness combo they are good drivers polite and as prompt as the dispatcher across the ocean allows them to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He sped through a playground zone with kids everywhere. We said hey this is a playground zone it's 30km. He got mad and proceeded to say he'd never gotten a ticket in 20years. I'm like man this is a 30zone and your going 60. He said ok thank you buddy. When we went to review him on the app, he had marked us as a 'no show' and that it was cancelled. Crazy how things go...
Edit...figured I should include that this was in front of the pump track at Griner. 7pm sunny day. Very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i have taken a taxi cab with these guys many times and it is normally great and smooth sailing.. however todays ride has changed my mind. The driver did not let me see the price on the meter thats issue 1 and asked me if I was paying with debit more specifically if I was paying with tap... I didnt think anything of it and said yes. He then handed me the machine READY to tap... problem as this didnt allow me to offer a tip. Lucky for me it tipped me off and made me ask to cancel to add a tip... he tried to take it back from me and push the buttons himself but i didnt allow that and turns out he picked his own tip and tried to get me to pay what he WANTED... so paid for the ride and no more which i have like i said done many times and its ALWAYS and $10 ride so my $20 its gives a 5 tip and i keep a 5 for myself. Be diligent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former dispatcher of a taxi company, I give this company praise for going above. I recently found myself at the side of the hwy. With no address to give other than which exit I was closer to, this company showed up quickly and the driver called to make sure they could find me. Within 5 min of my call, I had a taxi infront of me to take me to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and safe drivers. The only problem I experienced was trying to get ahold of the dispatcher. Which was totally understandable considering we were in the middle of a nasty snow storm at the time but the dispatcher said the driver would be over an hour and was there in about 15-20 minutes.
