Tanja answered phone and when I asked question regarding commodity and weights and product type - she had no answers, not did she know that 53' trailer is legal in NY . To top her unprofessional answers she was very rude and hung up phone on me! Wow - of she is having bad day maybe her boss should give her a day off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had no issues shipping with DN Logistics for the first year we've been working together, which is very rare from my experience. They provide great rates and have accommodated some of the trickier moves I've needed done. I work with Tanja, who is ALWAYS the first person to return quotes to me, and who has been invaluable in helping me out with rushed and/or difficult shipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a shipment for Tanja at DN Logistics and and now we find out that she doesn't want to pay our invoice. These type of brokers must be blocked and kicked out of our transportation industry.... you cannot book a shipment with someone and then decide to pay part of the invoice cause your shipper made a mistake when he shipped the product. Tanja is rude, uncivil and impolite. Its ILLEGAL to hold carriers pay !!!
We work hard for our money to then find out that we will not get paid. I suggest everyone to stop taking loads from this company !!!!
