The collaboration centre digital house searching tool he uses was fantastic. We had been casually looking on google for homes that were up for sale, but once we used the collaboration centre we never used anything else. It really helps you find the right house for you. We ended up closing a deal on our new house during the COVID pandemic which certainly was an interesting time for real estate. Our search started with a simple request to get some information on a listed house within the neighborhood and gradually it gained momentum in viewings, discussions and offers. I really enjoyed working with Peter as he was patient, knowledgeable, diligent and reliable during our house hunt. His guidance and advice during the entire process was and still is invaluable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There aren’t enough words to thank Peter for everything he did for my husband and I when finding a house. Peter went above and beyond to help us find the home best suited for us. He was patient, understanding, kind, accommodating and never put any pressure on us to make decisions. We looked at so many different houses all over the city and he never once complained about the wants and needs we preferred in a home.
Peter was always there to answer our questions, no matter how big or small the issue was. He was clear and concise during the entire house hunting process and walked us through every step with friendliness and care. We had complete faith and trust in Peter because he was honest with us and we would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. The house hunting process was definitely frustrating, with other buyers outbidding us, or sellers not accepting our offer. Peter, however, never lost faith in us finding the right home for us.
There aren’t enough times we can thank Peter for all of his help, but I do hope that many others will contact him because of his spectacular gift to 1) work with people and 2) his talent at finding homes that work well for his clients. Being a first time home buyer can be scary and very intimidating but Peter was extremely helpful throughout our entire process. He was always available to answer questions we had (which we sure had a lot) and was always extremely open and honest with us. You could tell that Peter really picked up quickly on exactly the type of place we were looking for and what the perfect home would look like for us. At times I think he understood what we wanted more than we did which really helped him to steer us in the right direction towards the perfect home for us.
