He brought in the designer he works with as well and layed out beautiful plans for putting it all back together. 10/10 would recommend, I already have another job in mind for him so we'll be reaching out again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure working with Vlad and his subs. They are all young and energetic but certainly don’t lack experience. Vlad is extremely organized with a signed contract providing a detailed scope of work and is very responsive at all times. If you don’t mind having trades in on the weekends to speed the job up they are happy to do so!
We had our floors replaced throughout, a new staircase installed and a gut reno of our master ensuite. The whole project was expertly completed in under 6 weeks as estimated by Vlad. I would definitely recommend Vlad as a general contractor to anyone.
