★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for any person to be, whether they’re here by employment or living here. Every single person I’ve met is absolutely beyond amazing! In every single way. The food is wicked awesome buffet style! I actually will be thinking of putting my parents in this retirement home and making sure I put that I want to come here in my will lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working there has been a blessing and I have never been happier. The staff are amazing and management cares about the residents well-being. The building is clean and smells great (especially the cafe when you walk through the main doors). It is a wonderful atmopshere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately worked here for very little time, not because i didn't want to work here but because i sadly was bullied out of the department.
Some of the housekeeping staff are amazing, but some will not allow any new workers to "compete" with although there should be no competition. The boss James is absolutely AMAZING, but does not deal with any issues that arise with staff who ARE issues. I wish that I was mentally strong enough to handle the bullying and high school drama but sadly I was not. I would go back in a heart beat as i made some awesome relationships with great people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client dignity and transparency are not at the forefront of their service. Random apartments have signs mounted next to the door indicating that the "Apartment is partially subsidized by a (donor name)", when in fact that is NOT true. The resident of that apartment does NOT receive a subsidy to their rent payment, as it states on the wall next to their door!
However, it is possible that all of the apartments in the facility have been partially subsidized by donors. Quality facilities for seniors have a donor wall in their main entry rather than the false pretense that they are supporting individuals when they are NOT. The board of directors dismissed my letter to address and rectify the problems. Client dignity and transparency clearly not a priority!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a resident in a life lease bungalow at the Linwell Road location for 4 years. It was a great community when we first moved here but has gone downhill since. A lot of staff and management turnover and it seems like money to keep up previous standards is a problem. I no longer recommend it to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never recommend putting any relatives in the main building. The front desk staff and CEO have a terrible rude attitude to others, with absolutely no manners and no people skills. Their male CEO is a rude nasty bully I dread to think how he treats residents and main staff in the building. Awful man. Avoid this one there's far better more professional homes to place relatives in.
