He was thorough and gladly and clearly explained what the issues were. He corrected the two problems I had, sewer pump and water softener. He was very courteous, and clearly knows his profession. Not only did he make the repairs in a timely fashion, he explained how to mitigate future problems. I am extremely pleased with A-1 Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.

Steven arrived on time, gave us a better option than to repair the current old system. He was able to do that work that same day. We were very satisfied with the very good service we received from Steven and this company. We would definitely call this company for any future plumbing needs.

Contacting and scheduling the service was easy and A1 was in regular contact in the lead up to the appointment. John was upfront with the potential costs and and the total bill was reasonable. We are already considering getting A1 to install a water treatment system and will continue to call them should we have any issues in the future. It was a great experience.

Thanks so much for answering my call and coming out to have a look the same day and getting our water back running so fast, when you were short staffed and so busy. Really like the text that shows they are on the way. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend and happy to use them in the future. Just want to point out how honest they were. We had water going and they left and it was gone again shortly after. They came back in the morning since it was already 8pm. Found it was still leaking and was covered under warranty. I respect you for that as most would make it not their issue and charge you. Happy to find a company that made it stress free. Thanks again! ?

They found the problem and were able to get me a reasonable quote by the end of the week and appointment for the following week. The work was carried out in a proficient and timely manner. I have no complaints and will be using their services again.

The team was able to identify the cause of the problem and resolve it. Despite checking their work before leaving, there was a small issue with a faulty hose line. However, the team came back quickly within an hour to reinstall a new line. Everything is now working perfectly. Overall, excellent service. I would recommend A1 Plumbing and would use them again if I ever need plumbing services.

Unfortunately, the tank needed to be replaced, but we received a reasonable quote for the new tank and had it installed within three days. Our plumbers, Rob and Mike, asked about our preference, re: masking, when they arrived at the door and instantly complied with our wishes. They took a great deal of care to protect our hardwood floors and carpeting when traversing through our house with the old and new tanks. They were prompt, professional and pleasant. We will not hesitate to use A1 Plumbing services again in the future.

They are one of the best plumbing services because they are professional, have the right equipment and quality staff that can handle any situation. We had a main pipe that had backed up, Rob & Shane were a fantastic team and worked systematically to solve the issue. In the end we had to use a camera and discovered that a large piece of ice had formed in the main line. Shane & Rob did not hesitate to access the pipe via the septic tank and cleared the issue in a timely manner. What is most important is that this companies heart is in the right place, money aside - this company truly cares about its customers and leads with service. Highly recommend and thankful to Nathan, Jeff, and the team Shane & Rob for providing an outstanding service to our community.
