Entire building smelled stale and awful.
Orange juice was foamy and looked rancid.
Fries were overdone.
Didn't even bother checking the burger before throwing it out.
Please spare yourself the visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service and food. The person at the counter, possibly a manager, was very friendly. Order was exactly as expected. I'm taking one star off because it was freezing cold inside. The heat was not on, they possibly had an HVAC issue, don't know, but it was not comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend told me to try the beyond meat burger because she’s a vegan and swore it tasted like a real ? ? and I’m so glad I did! First of all, it actually tastes like I’m eating an actual meat burger! The tomatoes and lettuce were super greasy and the onion rings were perfectly done! Not too greasy or soggy at all.
The inside of the A & W was very clean and the service was pretty quick. I went through the drive thu but my order was going to take more than 5 minutes for whatever reason.
I decided to come into the restaurant and wait so I could check out the interior. For a fast food restaurant, it looked brand new or recently renovated. Was a nice experience overall and didn’t compromise on taste. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never gone to the drive through or take out counter at this location and been able to get my food in less than 8-10 minutes. The food is usually good but it just takes a really long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love A&W, it’s my go to fast food restaurant. I just ordered a chubby chicken combo with a buddy burger on the side. Chicken sandwich tasted sour, (took two bites and threw it out) buddy burger tasted absolutely disgusting, threw it out and then half my fries were ice cold. I never leave reviews but wow that was disgusting. Just listen to your mom when she says “we have that at home.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Uber Eats after a long day of work around 2:30am. Big mistake. I paid over $40 for 2 combos (before delivery and tip), the delivery took forever and the food was disappointing.
The ice tea was yellow in colour because it was so watered down. And we were missing chipotle mayo for both of our sweet potato fries.
The order first said 3:25am latest delivery, but got pushed to 3:45. The delay was completely because of the restaurant, as I saw the delivery driver waiting to pick up the food at 3:25. For reference, it's only a 7 minute drive from A&W to my house.
If the order takes this long, I thought the food would be good.
In the past, when I ordered in the drive thru I have to wait for 15min in the parking lot.
