★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The cashier is also the person handling the food. She was extremely rude and aggressive for no absolute reason. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend. This is the second time I experienced this with the same employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with how bad the quality has gotten at this location. I was once a loyal customer but will not be returning because I just waited 20 minutes for my burrito to be made and then remade again without explanation from the staff who seemed lost and confused. When I got home I saw that the “tequila lime” fusion chicken I paid extra for was actually just plain chicken, and only 3 pieces in the entire burrito. And it was cold. Won’t be going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would advise not to visit this place as it is super expensive as well as the staff was very rude. I bought a bowl and guess what they charged $1.50 extra for the bowl which I am ordered. Moreover they didn’t put sauted veggies in the bowl which I have ordered and only tofu which I have paid extra. Total is more than $14 for lil bowl not a regular and quantity is so less that it is not enough even for a single person. Please avoid this place. If you really want to eat bowl please visit Cali which is much cheaper as compare to it and has better quantity and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered big roasted steak burrito and chips with salsa. Very little meat and not spread out evenly, all on the bottom none on top. Taste was good.
Most of the chips were sour tasting and chewy, not crispy. I believe the sour taste is from using old oil to deep fry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better restaurants for bowls compared to Burrito Boyz or Osmows. Their chicken is actually white, tender, and flavourful. I got the Baja Chicken bowl and the sauces were flavourful, it paired together everything really well. I got the lite size and it was more than filling! 4 stars because the black beans were dry and they were taking it out of the container, it seemed pretty dry. But overall, it was a great meal.
