Every time it happens I wait a few weeks and give it another shot because I live nearby and I really like A&W. And every time something happens that reminds me why I waited so long to try again. In no particular order, I've had: -To wait over 30 minutes stuck in the lineup and then an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot with only 4 vehicles ahead of me. -I've waited for over 15 minutes at the window watching the employee slowly putting lids on the drinks for what I assume was the huge lineup behind me while I was only waiting on 1 momma burger... Not even acknowledging the wait time or helping out the cook who is obviously struggling to fill orders. - asked for a diet coke, and then confirmed again that I wanted a diet coke... Received root beer. -waiting in the parking lot for my order and receiving it only to find that the food was all cold. What was I even waiting on? Chicken wrap was cold and torn up with the sauce all over the bag. I usually only put the effort into writing positive reviews where I want to share a good experience with those on the fence about visiting a location. But I guess this is more of a warning. Unless this place makes a drastic change....there's an A&W down 67th Street that is worth the 5 minute drive.

That just had to be said because it wrecks the flavour of their pop, and with the prices here, they should be able to afford compostable plastic. Also, I asked for a sausage egger meal, they parked me. Nobody is here, inside or outside. Been 17 minutes so far lol wish me luck team! The boy at the window was very nice tho

It is a bit of a venture but the other stores have always given everything I need to have a proper breakfast. My order is quite a pain to have to change around, but for $21 I don't share the need to rob a gent of his positive morning experience..

All our fries were cold upon receiving them and the lettuce on my burger was brown. It takes alot for me to leave a bad review but this place disappointed me ***decided to give them another try today. I had a coupon so what the heck. Ya no this time they were fast. Order was right but they didn't reflect my coupon price. I went in to have it addressed and they said oh its reflected in the end total. I'm not a mathematician but it doesn't take a dummy to add up a total on your bill. No money was taken off. I paid full price while giving them the coupon. DONT USE THIS LOCATION.
V	Vrunda Rudani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. To make only egg and cheese and coffee they took 30 mins. Staff are slower than turtle. I would never go back there. And I suggest if you are going to work and if you want to pick up something quick NEVER visit there.

Every time we grab take out and forget to check the order it’s wrong. My bad, I’ll sit for 2 or 3 minutes in the drive through and check every order so I don’t have to throw my food out or drive back. AHHHHHH!!!!! Tried them again. Ordered 3 buddy burgers NO MAYO. Guess what. ALL THREE HAVE MAYO!!!! I stupidly didn't immediately check being in the drive through. What the hell is wrong with a place that cannot pay even a little attention to an order. If I could give -5 stars I would.
E	Emma Emann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This specific location has never correctly bagged an order. Something has always been missing or wrong. We’ve ordered through skip and they’ve forgotten drinks. We’ve gone through the drive through and received uncooked sweet potato fries. We’ve gone inside and they’ve missed adding fries to the combo. Whoever is running this location needs to step up because this is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.
