β β β β β May 21 2022.Went through the drive through and had to repeat my order 3 times and the young lady said it back to me 2 times. Got home and found that fries were
missing and cheese was put on the wrong item and food was cold. I tried to call the phone number several times but no one answered .
For the amount of $26.60 I paid for 2 burger and two fries. I though I would atleast get a correct order.

β β β β β Drive thru last night around 7 pm. I was the only car in line.
Bun was stale, burger was cold, bag of onion rings had FIVE ice cold onion rings inside. It was very obvious the onion rings had been sitting there for a while. Not only were they cold, but they were very chewy.
They didn't give me the correct dipping sauce I had asked for and I had to remind the employee to give me my drink.
I sent an email to a&w and I seriously hope I am reimbursed for such a horrible meal.

β β β β β I find a & w to have the best and freshest burgers around... and Its only 1$ 2,$ more then some other places...plus the onion rings are delicious...and the cold root beer floats...got to love them...Since a kid I've loved A&W and I will always continue to as long as stuff doesnt change to much...if anything i just wish we had more of these around...instead of mcds or bk etc.. I eat here once a week..and I love it. .if u want a fresh fast food burger...a and w is usually spot on!!!

β β β β β Employees don't pay enough attention to orders. All 3 of my requests were forgotten after they said "yes, no problem". I understand new employees and training process, but this has happened multiple times over my past visits.

β β β β β I just went through the drive thru. I would have gone back had I not had to get back to work. I was planning on eating as I drove back to work but couldn't. Food was ice cold (cheese wasn't even slightly melted on the teen burger) onion rings were absolutely disgusting, ice cold and most of them were missing most of the batter, they're actually completely inedible and one HAD A HAIR COOKED INTO THE BATTER.
Absolutely disgusting food quality. I would very much like a refund. I had a teen burger and onion rings, used the promotional coupon. Was $9.03 including taxes.

β β β β β Went back for breakfast today, and it was excellent. Nice overall experience, dining room was inviting and my bacon and eggs tasty
Excellent food that was delicious! Had the teen burger, but in a lettuce wrap. Service was friendly and fast. Although lined up, they really moved the cars along. Will return!!!

β β β β β Our visit last night was outstanding. My husband had the Teen Burger and Rings and I had the Beyond Burger and sweet potatoes fries with the chipotle sauce. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. Great job A&W!!!!
