★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow, about 17 minutes between ordering and receiving food.
During our time, there were only four orders placed inside, two of which were wrong. Another person came inside who had gone through the drive thru and gotten the wrong order. We had to remind them about two of our four burgers and they gave us root beer that either tasted off or was diet.
Didn’t get the usual receipt attached to the bag with a sticker like most A and W’s to give feedback, so I’m resorting to google.
Definitely go to one of the other two A and W’s in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. I am asked to park and my order will be brought out to me almost every time I been there. Usually takes between 20-30 minutes for food to arrive. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Ryan Rd instead. Their service is way faster and the food tastes better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the A and dub on Guthrie Road in Comox. I was in the drive thru, waiting when the person behind the counter took down their mask wiped their nose then grabbed the bag and went to hand it to me!!!! Well I freaked out and said i dont want that, i want my money back! They gave it to me, but i am nervous of fast food now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always super fresh. Worth to wait a couple of minutes, but then it is just awesome. I like crispy onions rings, I get them added always to my wrap or burger. Yammi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I went to your restaurant and ordered a couple of menus. I really liked your doublecheese double bacon special burger. So delicious that you can't pass it on. The service is just great. I recommend them for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no idea the breakfast would be this good.
I had a full real breakfast that included well made bacon and three sausage that was served on real plates and real cutlery. The sausage was nicely spiced and tasted delicious especially combined with the hashbrown. Add a coffee and breakfast was only around $10.
I've never seen this A@W so busy any other time of day, I guess everyone knew about their breakfast and I just discovered it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time being at this A&W Guthrie Road. I am not from the island and was in town visiting my friends. Staff was super friendly. Service on my side was little slower but it was not a bad thing because the gentleman at the cash register was in training so that is totally understandable. He took my order and got everything right when it all came out. Service was good. Amble parking available around the store.
