★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got charged for Extra Pickles. Got 1... Was here a couple days ago, asked for a "little extra mayo", and it was ridiculously poured on, but today's is too dry to eat. ?
Last of the Fast food I would eat, but that's done. Absolutely Gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly managed, kids don’t even try. They shut down grill down early because they are lazy. Takes 20 min if it’s 2 or more cars. Pathetic. Nice people tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 5th, 2022 we. Visited our favorite location in Pearland, BC, so happy to be a ble to eat inside. Very disappointed in the service - stood at the counter waiting for service while orders were filled at the drive thru - ordered buddy burger with no ketchup and a mozza bugers, recieved a buddy burger with ketchup and burnt black onions, there were also. Burnt black onions stuck to the outside of the mozza burger. Really disgusting, left without finishing and will not go back. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for breakfast this morning. 720 AM must have been way too early for this young female Server. Mumbled something about breakfast sausages then went on talking to the drive thru people. Why do you restaurants always deal with the drive they people more than the people that got out of their car to sit inside. I don’t get it???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive-thru at approximately 5:00pm on Thursday, 01/27/22 - franchise at the Peachland strip mall. I think probably the best fast-food meal that I've ever had.
Freshly cooked fries, nice and hot on a cold winter's night, the hottest take-out fries I believe I've ever had. And officially one of the longest too - 5" (that's what she said).
Good burger too. A&W's coupon book is really the only coupon book that I use. I don't eat fast-food that often but these coupon books are good... actual savings.
Not a perfect score because their mic/speaker system appears weak. Either that or the Asian girl manning the window needs to speak up. Also, her co-worker needed to dress more professional: ankle-high tights were not a good look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young lady working the counter this past Wednesday at noon was awesome! Very efficient and with a smile on her face. Bad service is so common these days, you really notice when you get great service. I just wish I knew her name so that I could mention it specifically.
