★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. When you go through the drive thru, they have someone that whispers to take your order, then when you get to the window they practically throw your drink at you. And the nonstop Filipino talking in front of customers and other staff followed by laughing in highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this location a handful of times, not great experiences any of the times but I have to say the worst had to been feb10. I’m not sure what goes on at this location but I got to the window and the cashier called out that she needed my donut, I could hear another staff member yell and just overall verbally abuse her. I could also notice the person taking orders and writing on lids just throwing lids. Something seriously needs to be done with the ignorant staff at this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. Showed up at 10 pm. Asked if they still had soup. The guy walks away without answering and comes back and says yes, potato, cauliflower and chili. Me and my boyfriend say ok we will have 2 large chilis. He then says oh sorry you can only get one. So my boyfriend orders the one lage chili and I order a breakfast sandwich with sausage. Then he says sorry we only have enough for a reg chili. So my boyfriend changes his order and orders the same breakfast sandwich as me but instead of sausage wants bacon. We then proceeded to wait about 15 mins to get these two sandwhiches when we are the only people waiting and when we finally get them, mine has no sausage and my boyfriend has both bacon and sausage.... how the hell do you screw it up like that? Dont bother eating here. They will not get your order right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The washrooms were very clean, the coffee was ok but there was certainly a lack luster selection of food options. This has happened every time we have stopped there in the evenings. Less than stellar review. Staff seem friendly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for management efforts to keep the place properly staffed. We were the only customers inside and still it took 5 min to get attention as as usual TH directs its most efforts to drive through. 1/2 of doughnuts assortment available at 5 pm.
