Needless to say that my sprite was missing the syrup and it was only carbonated water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the only person in the drive through , I had to watch the staff prep the kids pack box’s as my order sat in front of them in the trey, for an awkward length of time. There seems to be no sense of priority, or responsibility with the staff .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is consistently the best one for hot and crunchy foods. It is worth the wait, because wait you will, no matter if dine in, take away or drive thru.
Staff is always kind and friendly and accommodating when possible. My favorite local A&W!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed with the lack of quality this food had to offer. My order was not accurate firstly, they messed up my menu items and gave product that was old and crusty. I waited 15 minutes for my meal and was expecting something hot and fresh as I waited a fair amount of time. I got nothing close to fresh and my food was cold, old and crusty. I’m not one to leave reviews often but this was a terrible experience. There was no lineup and no room for excuses. I understand how it is to work fast food as I have worked it before but my product was inedible and frankly gross.
