Sadly I have given this location too many chances to have a good experience. They consistently mess up orders They are 100% of the time out of at least 1 thing I try to order example my daughter wanted a bagel today No sorry we are out, plan b was a donut 0/3 I ordered . Then I ordered a French vanilla coffee for myself - again no sorry we are out. It is not busy at all! The staff are awful with time management. Mobile orders take upwards of 15 minutes each time I have done

I ordered a cream cheese bagel with extra cream cheese and 2 hashbrowns and a farmers wrap. Now you tell me why i got a burnt bagel with NO cream cheese at all. And a farmers wrap with a hashbrown in it but no 2 hashbrowns? The only thing they got right was my coffee but even then it tasted watered down and had some grains at the bottom. This was so unacceptable.

super nice. Had an app deal for 6 donuts, I picked the regular 6 donuts options, picked a dream donut by accident but they still gave it to me and told me normally i couldn't pick one as part of the deal but this time they can give it to me. Edit: 9 months later, lost my wallet here, called this branch, and they managed to find my wallet and keep it safe for me to pick up. Thank you ate!

This place ruins my morning every time I try and go there. A 20 minute line up in the drive thru, they haven't had most donuts I ask for, they always treat me like garbage and I come home miserable after trying to get my girlfriend and I coffees

WENT TO GET SOME DRINKS AT THE IN THE DRIVE THRU AND IDK BUT MOST OF THE TIME I HEAR SORRY WHAT WAS THAT OR SORRY JUST A MOMENT PLEASE OR EITHER NO ONE PICKS UP ? WOULD GIVE 5 STARS BUT THE GUY AT THE WINDOW IS VERY HOT ALSO THE ONE OF THE GUY WHO WAS BESIDE THE GUY PASSING OUT FOOD NEEDS TO STOP GIVING THE FOOD BEFORE LETTING ME PAY I ALMOST DROVE WITHOUT PAYING

TimBiebs quality was terrible. Might as well have been just chocolate. No flavour or any special taste. This is the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Twice now we have bought a 12 pack and it's horrible. Old and hard. Looked like children with no skill made these. 2/5

Sadly this is our local Tim Hortons and it never fails to disappoint. Our last experience was by far the worse. We went to the drive through with 4 cars in front of us.. 4 items were not available at the time (ANY form of cold brew, chocolate chip muffins, the featured carrot cake muffin or croissants.) We settled for a fruit explosion muffin as it was literally the ONLY option this location had and then proceeded to wait over30 MINUTES in the drive through.. the cars in front of us all had single drink orders... each car taking 5-10 minutes to receive their drinks. One didn't even have the lid on properly and split all over the poor customer in front of us. The employees are sloppy and never told us there would be a wait let alone acknowledged us at the drive thru window as we sat boxed in for over 10 mins of silence... I am entirely baffled. ON TOP of this all every SINGLE time without a miss... this location gets your order wrong. Needs new ownership entirely. Stay away from this mess.

Negative experience ... I was cut off while ordering in the drive through and I was told to just drive ahead before I could speak further. Get to the window and wasn't even greeted. I finally get acknowledged by some guy named Keaton rudest guy I've ever met in my entire life. Was more worried about playing on an iPad then focusing on customer service. If this guy was a manager I suggest you fire him and quick. I've been in customer service all my life and never have I seen such awful service by an Individual. After trying to ask a question to him he completely ignored me and my dad and it took for me to raise my voice in order to get acknowledged again. After brushing me off again he completely walked away and left us at the window while my order sat ready on the counter. The only saving grace of this experience was the girl who took over handling the rest of my order was super sweet.
