★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely DOES NOT deserve any stars!!! We are staying at in the hotel next door and we have gone to the A&W 3 nights in a row after working 12 hour days only to be told they were out of beef, so burgers was a hard no!! Not a very good sign considering that makes up lot of their menu sales. Well today I was too tired to argue after being told yet again no burgers, so I just asked for a poutine (fries, gravy and cheese).....and once again they could not accommodate my order!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! Oh that's right you can't anyways they have NO FOOD!! I guess then just DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Head office should really be notified how bad they are representing the A&W name!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very rude to us. We went through the drive through this morning at 9:00. The tone of their voice, very snappy at us, no smiles at all, and forgetting everything. Didn't get no straws, or fork for my food and drinks. Also I asked for jam, he didn't give us that too.. had to go get the straws but took forever to get them because the doors were locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive through menu clearly shows the price of a combo, but the workers charge each item individually, which comes up to a lot more.
We didn't get everything we ordered. Paid for it though.
No napkins or condiments given, or offered.
Sandwich was made with two top halves. WHICH WAY IS UP? LOL
whatever, it's fast food, not fine dining, but you should at least get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Slow and Cold .. 25 Minutes for 2 burgers and 2 kids meals. This is suppose to be fast food right? The person behind us, gave her receipt to the person behind her as she ran out of time on her lunch break waiting for food. The person at the till, although pleasant enough had no clue how to run the front end. After we got our mediocre food, we froze while eating it. The temperature on the thermostat in the restaurant was 15.5 degree C, so only 6 degrees below normal room temperature. Skip this place...
