★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service on the weekdays but the weekend crew...... Slower than turtles. 11 people working behind the counter and still massive lineups inside and in the drive-thru. Perhaps they forgot to drink their morning coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, poor greeting skills , out of half the menu , coffee was full of grinds But the worst is the cleanliness of this store is easily the worst I've ever seen, which is alarming considering the state of the world with covid 19. When I mentioned the filth the response was " maybe you should stay home then" (I can't stay home due too work and wanted lunch) will not return . POOR MANAGEMENT BY FAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every surface that I saw washrooms, tables, shelves, dividers was filthy.
The windows, walls, cobwebs, corners full of filth.
You couldn’t even see one clean spot on equipment, plexi glass.
I’m surprise it passes health inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely filthy!!!!!!!. The staff were nice, however when our order was wrong the person taking the order blamed me for ordering something something else, ironically that wasn't even what was in the bag. They took the sandwich back and instead of making a new sandwich used the croissant from the mistaken order. She was polite and obviously didn't know different. This location needs some supervision and some serious cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this Tim Hortons branch. On the way to Detroit and coming back to Toronto, it was a very lovely experience there as I went to refuel at the nearby Shell Gas Station. I was hungry and also to use the washroom. I marked this as a nice place by little bit detouring when using highway 402. I will be there in near future on my next trip.
