★ ★ ★ ★ ★ November 6th 8:30 pm ordered onion rings with my meal. These staff obviously have no care in the world about customer food service.. onion rings.. not cheap! Looked like the picked them up by hand squished them all into a baseball shape and tossed into the bag. Who wants mashed onion rings! If you do this is the place to stop and enjoy your fist full of mashed up onion rings. Hey guys that work nights!! Really friendly. Take some pride in your job and serve us properly. Customers stop to eat and support your income. I for one wont be eating at this place due to them not caring how the items are served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last winter after driving the winter road for Fort Chipewyan to Ft Macmurray I stopped into the Aand W for a meal. I asked for my drink to have no ice, didn't happen. The fries were fairly good, but the burger was cold and it appeared to have been left under a heat light for some time. Anyway my experience at this restaurant was very dismal and I won't be eating there again since most of my meal went in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for a year now as I'm from Lloydminster but I come through provost weekly for work. These guys know their stuff. Always so nice and great to deal with. Customer service is on point. Today I had to wait a bit for my order and the girl gave me a turnover for free to make up for it. Well done guys!
