★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location today , a guy took my order and my order was pretty simple but when I came back to home I checked the order and it was wrong there was no bun on the burger I don’t know how they assumed that I said lettuce wrap insted of spicy hebenero chicken burger. I called them and they said you can come back customer is always right. And when I went back they were trying to tell me that you placed the order that way and you said no bun on the burger. And I was like it does not even make any sense why would i say i want a burger with no bun. I understand every fast food employee work hard every single day. But you should never embarrass someone and make the person think that they are wrong and we are right. Learn to accept your mistake I can pay for everything i did’nt do it to get a free burger worth 12-13$. Clean your ears if you wanna work at drive thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the cleanest A&W locations I've ever visited. The staff are super friendly...And the food is always super fresh. I love the onion rings at this location. I also tried the Beyond Burger for the first time at this location and it was tasty really fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally good vibes here. We frequent this location a lot. The only thing that bugs me is when we go through the drive through, the lady always cuts us off mid-sentence with 'fries and rootbeer with that?' when had she let me finish my sentence, I would have said either no drink or medium coffee and fries with seasoning. And, I also would have noted special requests on my burger which I do everytime but I can never get my full sentence out before I get cut off. Like one time I ordered a teen burger and I was about to say no pickles, onions, ketchup or mustard but she cut me off, I lost the thought and forgot and when I got home I threw it in the trash because it had all the junk on it I don't like.
Please let the customers finish their sentence and you might find all of your questions are already answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a quick meal but expecting good food as we are doing over time work and will be working after dinner. One of us ordered Chicken BLT. The cashier asked us to find a seat and they will served our food. While waiting we smelled burnt food. When they served our order, we were shocked to find that the bun for our BLT was the one that got burnt. We asked for a replacement and they gave us a bun and told us to transfer the patty and bacon from the burnt bun to the replaced one. So disappointed considering the BLT cost $7.59. :(
