They recently replaced all the toilets and faucets in our bathrooms, redid the copper pipes in our laundry room, installed a new hot water tank and most importantly were very helpful in dealing with a pinhole leak in the water main!

The quality is always there and all their employees I've dealt with were very professional and courteous. I have used them several times for special services such as provisioning a backup sump pump, Backflow testing etc. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. The plumbers are all great, and the owner of the business is fantastic to deal with. The prices are extremely reasonable and lower than another Backflow testing company

We had to turn the water off to stop it as there was no valve, so we needed action fast. This was after hours, but within 20 minutes of calling they showed up and were already started. They offered a couple different options and we decided the best was to replace the whole pipe. In under an hour they had everything done for us, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them, and I will call Mr. Villeneuve again.

Despite providing Villeneuve Plumbing with a detailed description of the job beforehand, the plumber showed up without the proper tools to do the job. All the materials were standard plumbing accessories amounting to $10 total. We were charged $485 for about 45 minutes of plumbing work, the bulk of the charge coming from travel to and from the shop at $92 an hour. As well, the plumber offered to clear our drain "while he was there"- which actually meant going back to the shop, yet again to get a snake. We were happy with the work done, but were disappointed that the plumber did not arrive prepared. Moreover we were shocked that the bill included all the travel time back and forth, which was by far the bulk of the billing time. Be wary when hiring Villeneuve of extra costs associated with the work.

We also wanted a drinking fountain where the vanity was, as well as another vanity in a separate room. They came in the morning and had the tub and vanity out by noon. A few hours later they had the drinking fountain and vanity installed and working. They were very professional and checked in with us throughout to get our feedback. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

We also wanted our vanity in the same room to be removed and replaced with a drinking fountain (which we had purchased on our own). Not only did the guys finish within a day, they were professional, well informed, and kept us involved in the process to be sure the work being done was meeting our expectations. Even with installing the drinking fountain, they checked with us for the desired height and asked what kind of piping we wanted. They were considerate as well by wearing masks when moving throughout our home! They also installed another vanity for us in our basement half bath which turned out beautifully! We are super happy with the end result and would highly recommend them!
