This people are scammer. First of all they donot give you any receipt and when you bring back the item they donot refund you at all. I have a court file against them going on. Donot ever think of buying from them.

This is one of the worst shopping experience I have had in Vancouver. I ordered some brackets and end caps. It came reasonably quickly, but the brackets are of the wrong type, and the 6 out of 9 end caps are wrong. The ones that came are lower-priced and hence of lower quality so I had to come back. When I did, the right end cap showed up but the brackets did not (they are, again, of lower quality). The owner said the ones that I ordered were discontinued and the ones that he was trying to sell me (he didn't tell me anything before I challenged him) are the newer model. In the end, I returned everything, and will not buy anything from them again.

Took my blinds in to be fixed on Tuesday. Picked them up Thursday, half the price I thought it would cost. Service was great, friendly and efficient. More than happy to recommend them.

This is one of the best experiences we have had making a major purchase. Not only professional service but very friendly. The product is fantastic. Measurements very exact. We could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company on both service and product. The installer was also very good. Thank you, we are very proud of our blinds and sheers.

Three years ago, we bought a set of 6 Graber blinds for our master bedroom. After 6 months, one of the strings on a blind broke. The sales person who measured and sold us the blinds told us it was our fault and would not fix it. Fortunately, another sales person agreed to fix it and showed me how to open and close the blind. This was how we have been opening and closing all of our blinds for many years. We have blinds throughout the house and have only had to replace the strings on 2 blinds after about 20 years of use. The strings on 3 more blinds broke a couple of months ago. I phoned and spoke to 2 different sales people about the problem and told them I was very unhappy with the quality of the blinds. The sales person said she would have the technician look to see if there was a problem with the mechanism that could be causing the breakage. I was called to pick up the blinds and was charged full price for the repair without any consultation. We are unhappy with both the lack of quality of the blinds and the poor service and communication. If you need your blinds repaired, go to Venetian Blind Service Centre in Vancouver for better prices and service.
