Great first impression of Ste Anne, I will avoid this community and just go to the city.
The funny thing is that the employees are great, it's the owner or the manager that was my problem. I had no problem getting what needed on my first visit. But when I returned and followed the employees direction, the owner or manager got very rude and condescending and said they don't do it like that! So I left and won't be back. I had No problem getting what I need from another insurance company. Ste Anne has a reputation of being rude to outsiders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work very late in Winnipeg but I managed to take time off work to get dowe to the office before they closed. I arrived at 5:40 on a week day. The gentleman there was extremely helpful and stayed way past closing time helping me so I didn’t have to make 2 trips for the same goal and the entire time had a smile on his face. I’m new to town and was blown away from the hospitality shown by the employee. I really wish more businesses treated there customers the way I was treated ! Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff look after all your insurance needs. They are knowledgeable and quickly take care of the paperwork so you can be on your way. Convenient location and lots of parking in front or in the back. Highly recommend this business. FYI: They even sell Marriage Licenses.
