★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the second you pick up the phone to getting the keys to your car, you're met with professionalism, honesty, and kindness. I can't express enough how great of an experience it is to have your car serviced here.
Service was performed ahead of schedule and they went above and beyond expectations. Shop rates are extremely reasonable and for the first time in a long time I left with a smile on my face.
I can only speak to diagnostics services, but, I imagine that all other services they provide have the same level of customer service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a significant leak from my transmission. My car was stored for a while and I couldn't pinpoint where the leak was coming from as the whole area was saturated and puddling underneath. I scheduled an appointment and received a text message for confirmation, brought her in and Jody took care of her for me. The technician did a visual inspection and there was an obvious bad leak from the shifter seal. Jody messaged me with the diagnostic report, including pictures which I thought was great. To keep my costs down they started with the obvious. They changed the fluid and replace the faulty seal which slowed the leak significantly. The customer service here is excellent. The whole process was top notch with excellent communication. They truly care here and are honest. I will definitely be getting any future work to my car by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, professional, quality service. The transmission on my 2011 Ford E350 broke down while on a family vacation. A&B did excellent work rebuilding our transmission in just a few days, getting us back on the road for our cross-country trek. This repair was 3 years ago (2018), and I've put on 75,000 KM since then. The transmission is working strong as it should - They did the job quickly, and they did the job right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again A&B did a great job. Easy booking with 1 phone call, brought my older GMC jimmy in for the appointment and got a call back within a couple hours saying it was ready. A simple transmission flush and the vehicle feels great and shifting gears much better. Of course this won't always be the case but they also explained that when I first booked. Honest, upfront and professional.

A&B Transmissions are a reliable service that is always very honest.
Jodi's customer service is amazing and their communication is very efficient (even text messages too).
Will definitely be returning for my transmission change soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my SUV here to have the rear differential looked at. They quoted me over $6000 to have it replaced (with a new diff). I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They replaced it for $2400 (with a used diff). The biggest difference in price was of course the used part compared to brand new, but the second shop quoted 5 less hours of labour and had a lower shop rate as well. The second shop notified me that my differential had been drained of all oil, the only way I think this could have happened was for A&B to have drained it and not replaced it. I'm lucky I made it to the second shop without needing a tow. I'd look elsewhere if needing work done on your vehicle.
