★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most condescending and rude customer service agent I have had the displeasure of dealing with. We were polite and asked simple questions and were met with total derision. Amazed at the lack of professionalism and lack of even a modicum of what usually passes as bare minimum customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here from another city, and ID expired. Amidst all of this Covid shenanigans I was seen very quickly, spoke with a couple of the staff outside of who was handling my renewal and was greeted with very friendly demeanors. It smelled and looked really clean, and the chairs were about as comfortable as one could ask for at a registry. First date location? Probably not, but for all of your registry needs - I say do yourself a favour and just go deal with these fine people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today is just got the most rude customer service. The blonde ladies who does the driving exam should learn some professionalism on what she's doing and some consideration about other customer. She has a nasty attitude. So i was about to take my test but they didnt let me since my car is tinted so i grab another car now they told im late for the exam even tho i ask for some extra time and that instructor just left. i know that i was wrong on having the windows tinted but can u just have some abit of consideration on your student/customer . And they told me if i want to rebook my test i have to pay other $150 how was that fair?
I read some of the customer reviews and some of them was cost by her or they were complaining about her . So it makes me wonder why is she still there working and do u guys even care about your customers and customer satisfaction? or you just read the reviews and not care at all. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

After owner comment: Per this review then you should have your owners showing correctly online as they show 5:30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with Kelsea at the front desk this morning. Had to register a new truck and renew a current one. Absolutely fantastic. Super fast, I was in and out in three minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional and rude customer service. I got served by a lady, she was wearing. a Scarf, was not helpful at all. I haven't had this terrible experience at all before. Also,When I called this place, they have given me half information and when I got there they started asking me for lots of documents which they haven't told me to bring.. Eventhough I provided all the docs they refused to help me whereas the other license centre was able to do everything for me. Highly recommend to not go there choose other service centres of the city.
