★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rich went out of his way and off schedule to get me out of a bind with cleaning ducts & vents. He dropped what he was doing to help me out, I did not expect to have somebody come in for about a week. I continually told him it was fine to wait it out but he insisted - he wanted to get us back up and running. He truly cares. Rich cleaned out my overdue dryer duct/vents and got everything up to code - I wasn't aware that it wasn't. Thanks so much, Rich. I recommend A-1 Furnavac to anybody looking for professional work, top notch customer service and fair pricing. Don't waste your time with anybody else!
