★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live rural, 30minutes south of Brandon, and had an issue this summer (2019) with my well. Called those guys to come out for inspection. After spending 20 minutes on my site, they weren't able to help at all (traveling without any parts) but charged me over $300 for this service call. Those were some very expensive shrugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our furnace replaced to a Lennox high efficiency model. Install was promptly completed by 2 knowledgeable installers. The upgraded wifi stat is really nice and user friendly. Great experience and recommend them to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Brandon P&H pickup tailgate me this afternoon, couldn't even see his windshield wipers, when he went pass me he flipped me off. License was 12191, completely uncalled for. They should tell their people driving their vehicles that they represent the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new Lennox high efficiency furnace installed. They were very quick and helpful to deal with. The installers explained the new furnace to me and left the area very clean. Very pleased with the service, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a backwater valve and sump pit installed in my residence as a precautionary measure. The customer service was excellent starting from the quote right through the installation process and billing. Very professional install and the technician even noted an issue with my furnace and gave it a quick fix (with out charge). Longtime Brandon Business that continues to offer fantastic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a difficult sink install, but the hot water cuttof to the sink does not turn on. Called to have them back and they refused to come out to fix it, citing unsubstantiated accusations of violence.
Now I have no hot water at the sink and a wife in tears. Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them 1 star for costumer services at the phone. I tried to get their service and was told they were going to call me soon. After a long wait I called back to see if they had my right phone number. The lady just said in a rude tone "oh yeah I just didn't have a chance to call you" and pretty much acted as if she was making me a favor by offering a appointment for the next day. No thank you, I need a quick friendly service.
