This joke of a company sees the necessity to go to IT forums, create an account, and spam the heck out of it promoting their services without contributing anything to the forum community. Will never do business with people like this.

They're really bad (I've lost time, money and nerves with them) and this review is long overdue. I was renting a managed dedicated server from them. Meaning, I was paying extra for them to handle any issue that might occur with the server, so that I could (theoretically) focus on web development instead of server administration. In practice, their service was terrible and their support is unreliable. It's easy to get upset with such a bad business, but I'll try to stick to the facts. I taped into my work notes to list a number of issues I experienced with them. Quality of service: β€’ I lost data because of them. Because they were so slow in addressing a recurring database issue on one of my sites, by the time they fixed it, the database and all of the backups were completely gone (backups were only available for the past sixty days or so, and they took more than that to fix the issue.) I lost hundreds of qualified leads, worth good money, in the process. β€’ In January 2016, all of their servers were down because of an electrical issue at their place. Four hours of downtime. β€’ When the server I was renting from them was proving unstable (crashing repeatedly, FOR MONTHS), I kept asking them to look into it. They kept postponing. I finally had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get them to address the issue. β€’ I was paying them for an SSL certificate. When it came time to renew it the next year, they were very, very early in sending me the invoice. But they actually forgot to renew the certificate on time! This caused hundreds of paying customers to receive an alert about our site not being secure. When they finally created the certificate, they didn't configure it properly, so a lot of visitors on mobile were still getting a warning saying our site was not secure! Overall, it took them 5 days to do properly what they'd simply forgotten to do. β€’ Their servers were down again due to electrical issues in June 2016. β€’ When you claim credit because they broke their Service-Level Agreement (SLA), they'll be reluctant to credit your account. β€’ Overall, they were just always painfully slow in addressing issues. (I'm talking "months" slow. It's a pattern with them.) Other examples of their incompetence: β€’ I notify them of an issue with the *managed* dedicated server I rent from them… and they ask me for the server's password. You guys are supposed to run and manage the damn thing! But you don't even know my server's password?! (Ironically, I myself didn't even know it, since it was a managed server and their job to manage.) Examples of their lack of honesty: β€’ They have a five-star review on Google Maps signed Dominic dos Santos, but the guy was an employee of theirs at the time of the review. β€’ If their servers were down for hours, they wouldn't let you know about it. You'd have to find out on your own that your server was down because their data-center was down. There were more issues but I didn't log all of them and cannot afford to spend more time on this nonsense. In the end, you cannot trust them to resolve an issue quickly and, when they do tackle it, you can never be sure if it's fixed for good, because of their tendency to be careless and mess up. If you want to be sure your site stays online and your data is safe, go elsewhere. Most of all, if you want peace of mind, go elsewhere. --- Because I wasted so much time and worries with them, I'm throwing in a quick tip on how to cancel if you're still with them: Remove your credit card from your billing details on their site. After months without hearing from them, they tried to charge me for a bunch of past invoices. So cancel, remove your card, and keep an eye on your credit card details. If paying via PayPal, cancel your agreement in the recurring payments area on the PayPal site.
