I gotta say,out of the many condos I have been to, and there are many, the managment here was a breeze to deal with. Most condos have stuck up management who are very rude. This place was great. Elevator was put on service right away and they didnt bug us once with time.

T	Tian Yue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful, unique condo buildings in Toronto! Heritage designation, Art Deco lobby, nice garden, steps to High Park, subway station, Bloor W Village, Roncesvalle Village! One key drawback is that cell phone towers being placed on top of two high rise buildings closeby. Not healthy in the long term. Another one was that the board, mostly white, condoned racism and harassment of a resident by another white board member. This is common in many places. Okay to live for a short term.
V	Victoria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The superintendent is super helpful, the building is beautiful and the view is amazing. We love our place. The lobby is cozy and they sometimes play some music. Very close to high park station and the best of all, high park itself.
