★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COCKROACHES in this building... I advise NOT to live here!!! I had so much trouble leaving my lease due to cockroaches. Be aware people. They come out at night and travel through the pipes so if one apt has them, they can easily be transferred.

Ms. Jackson worked very hard and diligently to get the apartment prepared for me. She has been very patient assisting me to navigate the system needed to successfully accomplished my renting of 208- 614 MacDonald Ave. Ms. Jackson's personality seems to be very effective in her welcoming me. I am anticipating meeting Ms. Jackson very much on June 30, 2017 .

A good representation of the company. I recommend CLV to anyone considering a place to call home. The apartments are spacious, clean, the appliances are immaculate, laundry on every floor is convenient, and the walls to other units are notably sound proof, and a short walking distance from lot to building. (I will say, I had repeated negative/rude experiences with a woman in the office, but besides that, my review still stands)
