J	Jas L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon is almost always consistently good when I get my nails done, not once have I left the place unhappy with their work. Very friendly staff and the salon is small scale which I personally like. Only problem is parking, almost everywhere is only 1 hour and if you want to get a mani-pedi combo it's super easy to go over that hour. Getting 4 stars because I got a ticket once and they told me it was because I took to long to choose my nail polish. Realistically it wouldn't have made a difference and I thought it was very rude to put the blame on me. In addition before I even sat down I asked if it was okay with 1 hour and they said yes as long as I was in the salon. Could have been a miscommunication but it really upset me. Otherwise they are really good! Keep it up and please try to get some real parking spots that allow for more time. ;)

The nail application was great, a nice lady came and did my hair while the woman was working on my nails, and the hand massage afterwards was awesome. It's been over 3 weeks and I've had no chipping (I need to go in again). The salon is clean and the price is fantastic - I highly recommend this place.
R	Roxanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at the place got much worse, unfortunately. It used to be a descent salon and the girls did their job very professionally. I was completely disappointed when I visited last time about a week ago. The girl who was doing my mani was on the phone all the time, texting non-stop. My actual manicure took about two minutes and when I asked her if this was all she’d done, she said that I didn’t need more than that. But I certainly did! One of my nails looked ugly after applying shellac, so I asked to redo it, which was done, but with a back talk that it had looked good in the first place. Anyways, that was my last (out of 30 overall) visits there, total and final disappointment.

The staff was nice and accommodating even though the spa itself was fairly busy. The woman who did my nails did a really efficient and clean job. It was about $30 plus tip which seems reasonable to me. I will definitely be going back.
J	Jane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to see Tammy for about a year now for acrylic nails. She always does a great job, I can show her a photo and bang, it's there. Her attention to detail is great and my nails always last really well, even though I am very hard on them. I love the hand massage I get with each acrylic fill appointment, it is a great bonus. I've also had great experiences with pedicures from Lily. Both are very kind, caring and make sure you are comfortable during your entire visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.
r	renata viramontes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went two weeks ago and got dip powder, next day two of my nails were broken so I went back on Saturday and got them fixed. By Monday it was worse and got 7 nails broken. I ask for a refund and they offered to fix my nails. I agree and I’m less than a week 4 more nails were ruined. I called the owner again asking for my money back because I was not happy with the job. And she yelled at me on the phone saying that she needed some evidence I sent her pictures of my nails broken. She called me back and keep yelling at me saying that she would be happy to fix them 5 times if necessary I refuse because i just didn’t wanted to spend more time and get the same results plus I end up having tips instead of my own long nails that I’ve been taking care for more than a year :( it’s very disappointing that the owner had that horrible attitude and would blame on my nails and that’s something was wrong with me. If I broke my nails on purpose I wouldn’t have them that long :(

This is after 3 weeks of working with my hands, washing and hand sanitizing every 5 minutes. I can’t believe how well they have held up. I’m so impressed and will definitely come back for a redo in probably another week. ?
