Kevin was great and really made sure everything went smoothly I don't think ive ever had this smooth of a transaction . I would recommend any and everyone to get their car here!!!!

After purchasing a car off of "Michael" from MK4, I was told there was slight rust on the panels and soft front shocks. A tie rod had been replaced but no alignment. Possibly because they don't know how to reset a electronic steering assist. Within the first week after having it safety there were 3 factory recalls, that we're not done.any of which can be done and reimbursed or done at at a local dealership. All of which can be found via Fords application, which is free to download. A short while after, the front bearings began to squeal. Unfortunate, but nature of this beast. On day 1 there was a misfire on pistons 1 and 3. About a month of ownership I had found the tailgate would open and close by itself, so I disabled it. After April, the driveshaft at gave way, which is common due to the focus being on one centre bearing. The real problem came when I was cleaning up all the rust and I had found the rocker panel moulding had been PL-ed to the rocker panels themselves. Which were rotten entirely and if the car was on a lift this would have been noticed. After a conversation with Michael again, his rebuttal was "come on" and that it was used with "high mileage" and that the director was going to call me. There has been no follow-up call and I am going to sandblast and over mould my rocker panels. Avoid this company like the plague. I have also spoken to a previous customer, and she has given up because after-sales service is abysmal.

We were coming from out of town and while talking on the phone Mike sent us the address by text without even asking him which really help navigating properly as we were cutting close to closing time. Then we made it by closing time of the place, Kevin Robert still helped us and we were able to get the vehicle in a impressive speed. They also helped us inspect the car after the purchase for future maintenance and switched the car battery for us kindly without us asking for extra service. Also helped us printing other paper work for insurance. Price was very reasonable and all questions were answer very effectively, carfax was provided. They didn't rush us or pressured for the sale even after hours. All and all very pleasant experience and really outstanding.

If you want to wheel and deal in a casual after market style environment this is the place. Super nice guys, but also very busy. I’m satisfied with my car, but I think the inspection could have been more thorough and complete.
