★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I felt shy to get into the store and worried some weird people may work there, but my friend recommended me the store and told me the stuff working there is female and very nice person.when I came to the store, I was shocked by the blue tooth and WiFi ready toys and nice looking package.I bought one for me and my bf and will sure visit again

Me and my partner found what we was looking for. That was a nice first time sex store experience, we've been her customer ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer experience. The sales lady was very push and trying to guilt trip me into buying lubricant. (She said I am not protecting my girlfriend by not buying it). After I said no several times she still tried to insist.
The items price are not labeled on the product. Beware and make sure to check the price before purchasing as I feel like she just makes up price on the spot if you don’t.
Be wary of this scammy store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hey sold us a USED opened product! IT HAD HAIR ON IT!!! It was defective and wouldn't work!! On top of that they refused to give me a refund! Under the Sale of Goods Act, they are legally responsible for giving me a refund. For crying out loud not only was it defective but again, used!! I will take action and sue. I am furious, the manager/owner refused to even call me back. Would not even deal with it. As a business owner that should be the first thing you want to do. I'm SICKENED that they would be ok selling USED products with HAIR and not care at all! This is the worst adult store EVER! Please don't spend your money here and go to other stores instead! DISGUSTING!!! Also if the owner replies to this, she legally cannot mention the product I bought because it is patient privilege/confidentially. I can't believe she mentioned other private info on her comments to the complaints! There is just no care for customers and absolutely not well run!
