D	Dan M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impark management is complete garbage. I have a monthly pass and they revoked it in error cause of mistakes they made. It took them a week to undo their mistake. Management there is incompetent and can't be reached. On top of that, the gate is broken at least 4 times a month and forces monthly parkers for astronomical day rates which of course management refuses to refund. Stay away from buying a monthly pass from Impark!
A	Ayoub H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parking company I rented a spot on March 2020 for one month only, I been told the membership will end automatically on April 1st I took the parking pass to thier office on March 31st and I been told I will get refund for deposit I waited for 5 weeks there was no refund and whenever I call they tell its delayed because of corona i spoke with manager and until today I didn't get my deposit scammers and bad customer service becarful don't rent spot from them u will never get your deposit back.

I parked my car yesterday on May 07, 2018 in the morning and when I came back in evening, the rear window was broken, and ALL the accessories inside the car including the GPS, CD Player, Camcorder, etc. were stolen. Not only that, the Trunk and Gas tank button was also broken. It's not the Management's responsibility for theft or any damage but there is not a SINGLE camera installed in ALL 3 Levels of Parking except for 1 Camera which is installed at the Entrance. When talked to Security Guard, he said, "It's very Normal.. and happens every few weeks!!!!" I have filed the Police Report, don't know what will happen but those giving 5 stars to the lot, I hope this doesn't happen to them. Editing: I Just found out that the Security Guard for the building comes at 3:30 p.m. !! Which means there is no Security there at all.... No Cameras No Lights Management doesn't bother Since it's a private property so even Police doesn't bother What a place for drug addicts and all thieves to come and make their dreams come true...
P	Patrick Woo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for parking at the entrance but having difficulty looking for the way to get back into the underground (street exit was locked for whatever reason). I kindly ask the building management person and she first just pretend didn't see me. Then I knock the door hard and ask her she then told me to go around and look for the sign. At the end I just wait somebody to open the door entrance who lived in the apartment. They lady should be FIRED!
