Any issues in my unit are addressed immediately with professionalism.

Building management is friendly and prompt in responding to any issues that tenants might face in their unit. Had a great experience staying here! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for more than a year, 40, Gerrard St East has been a fantastic apartment to live. The management is really great and helpful. Jessica and others have been really nice to us and always responded well to our requests. If there had been any problem within the unit, it was taken care of immediately by the management. The flats are spacious and the surrounding areas are kept neat and clean by the staff. I would definitely recommend this apartment, if anyone wants to live in the city.

Jessica in particular as she is the person I'm always in contact with. She is incredibly nice and thoughtful. During the whole application process, she was very considerate of me and ensured everything was smooth without putting stress on me. Even at other times, any questions or concerns I had, she would be able to give me answers and solutions that would be best for me!!!! ? Also the building is a bit old but everything has worked reliably for me so far! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been already 5 years living this location. Unlike many other apartment management office, they are very approachable and shows quick respond to every request. Especially, special thanks to Jessica who helped us with apartment contract. She was very kind and helped us as it was hers. My mom and I love how she smiles us every time we meet her at lobby and her office. Highly recommended place to live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that the residence is amazing and spacious with affordable rent! The location is perfect since everything is so close by including groceries, shopping malls and only a 5 min walk away from Dundas square.
Even Jessica, who showed me my apartment options was so understanding. She went above and beyond to find the right unit that fit my budget and needs. I was treated with so much energy and made sure my moving in was a smooth journey. I chose the apartment only because of her service and the initiative she took to show me 4+ units to discuss my options was amazing. She also took the time to show me the laundry room, the service elevator etc. I felt like I could express any concerns freely and the feedback given back to me was always positive and very very supportive!
Highly recommend moving into 40 Gerrard street residence. I was treated so well and the unit is so worth it. She also took great care of my friends who has also joined the residence few floors above me.

Jessica was truly an angel, she really helped make the move and securing a place so smooth. She will make sure you find a place that fits your needs and will ensure you get the place from start to finish. I have been living in this building with my parents ever since. I have seen all the changes in the building from different management to the decor, I love it here! Yes, there are some stuff that ain't so good, that can change.
All in all it's a great place to live in for the most part. Neighborhood is great, walking distance to everything. Friendly management team, from Crystal to Jessica to even the maintenance crew like Wes, they are ALL so nice and friendly and very helpful when appliances need a new change.
PET FRIENDLY TOO!
