★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the return policy of this business. I am a shift worker and live on a acreage, I was unable to pick up my package at the post office for 4 days because of my schedule. My boots did not fit and when I called the store to explain my issue, I was told no. Basically I am stuck with a expensive pair of work boots I will be unable to wear. I definitely will not return to this store.
