★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a group of 2 adults and 3 children ( part of a ski team) who had the pleasure at staying at Kooks 204. The condo was nearly identical to the pictures posted and had so many amenities. As a person who travels a lot for ski races, this condo was in our top favorite if not number 1. The beds were all very comfortable including the sofa bed! Very nice, comfortable linens and pillows. We could't have been more comfortable. We didn't feel cramped in the space at all. The small things like a full bottle of dish soap, having lotion in the bathrooms, a truly fully stocked kitchen ( including an abundant of keurig pods for coffee and tea) and made it so easy to stay there. Having plenty of dishes and not having to run the dish washer after every meal was a very nice treat for a rental. The bunk room is the perfect set up! We fully enjoyed the hot tub and deck furniture. The condo was quiet and very clean. We really felt like we could have been in any of our homes instead of rental. All in all, this condo is perfect! We would highly recommend anyone staying there.
Also 3 Peaks Rentals was such a great company to work with! They made everything so easy. Instructions were very thorough and clear. Robyn and Tobias were so approachable and super timely in all their communications. I found their rates more affordable than some of the other companies offered at Sun Peaks. They are a great!

They are quick to respond to any questions, they keep us up to date on our property, and what we appreciate the most is how transparent they are with everything. I would highly recommend working with them!

We chose to go back to them because they consistently provide a great experience. They are amazing hosts who are always available and quick to respond to any communication. For these reasons, we will use 3 Peaks Rentals again. Thanks again Rowyn and Tobias.

We stayed in Stones Throw 40, and as this was our first time at Sun Peaks, we didn’t know what to expect or what would be best for our family, and they were so informative and responsive to our questions. Beautiful condo with an amazing view and relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to return again, and when we do, 3 Peaks will definitely have our business! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent property and the managers are top notch. I would definitely rent it again. Easy access to the hill in the morning and you can ski to within 100 meters of the front door at the end of the day. Well appointed and very comfortable. The hot tub on the deck is a must have. The kitchen is excellent and the barbeque on the deck is another great feature. The outdoor hockey rink is just next door and a great way to add even more to your skiing holiday. Very close to the liquor, grocery and clothing stores as well as Mountain High Pizza for take out. I called the managers for extra paper towel and they delivered it in less than 1/2 an hour to my amazement. I had some trouble with the unlock code for the ski locker and they instantly gave me a new code which worked. Planning to return again and again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property was very clean and organized. Was the perfect place for our family. The garage space and hangers were great for keeping our ski gear dried and organized. Hot tub was nice after a long day skiing. 5 minute walk to lift access, skied right to the door via the East Village Skiway. Would definitely stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic getaway at 3 Peaks Rentals the first week of March! The 2 bedroom condo in Peaks West was the perfect spot for us (two couples) with a gourmet kitchen, separate bathrooms and a hot tub on the deck to soak the muscles after skiing! Our hosts were kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. It's a great location just outside of the village, with shops and a restaurant below to make things really convenient! Definitely a place we will return to for future vacations!
