★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told accommodation at sunpeaks were 100% refundable before 30 day’s prior to my trip but when i cancelled because the highway to get there is knocked out was told they were taking my deposit of almost 1000$. Very shady so beware.

We rented unit #45 at timberline. It's currently 2am as im writing this and the party upstairs is getting louder. We called the bear country management and they cannot do anything about it since they do not own the unit above us. I could clearly hear the owner yelling, in the foyer to a large group that he is the owner, who works at the Cahilty Lodge and confirmed they party here everty weekend. So do not stay at timberline.
When we arrived the bedding was not changed either from the previous guests. So add dirty to the list.

Booked with Bear County because as having made bookings with them several times before with and without the kids, we know it will always be a good experience! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to stay, we had 10 people and fit no problem. Kitchen and Bathrooms were very well equipped, hot tub was awesome and serviced without us even needing to ask, heated floors in bathrooms, check in process was painless and location was great! Literally not one complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely time at this property. Comfortable amenities, well-stocked kitchen and a large enough space to accommodate our extended family with grandparents and teenagers. The pool table was great fun, te hot tub was one of the best (strong jets for after-ski massage) and the location is very close to the Sunburst Express. Overall a great experience. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the little details at this condo. The bathroom and entry floors were heated which made for warm feet and ski boots. The hot tub was plenty big for four or five people. There is a DVD collection with a variety of options. The highlight was a collection of ski movies from the 30's to 00's. They also have videos for little kids and a collection of video games. There was also a smart TV. There was plenty of gear in the kitchen including baking items. It was maybe a five or ten minute walk to the village and an easy ski to the orient lift in the morning. It is the upper/corner unit so there is not someone above us and we had a lot of light. We loved it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were helpful in rescheduling due to highway closures and very responsive by email, as well as being upfront about the cancellation policy and how it worked around highway closures.
We stayed at Woodhaven and everything was great. Unit interior was very nice. Heated bathroom floors and private hot tub were the highlights. Ski in was easy, ski out involves walking across the main street (not busy) before strapping in.
