This man went above and beyond, ensuring that I got the best price and that my interests were protected at all times. We had some very difficult potential buyers and although I was stressed I knew that Gianpiero had my back and he would not let anyone "push him around". His honesty, knowledge, abilities, negotiating skills and tactics are second to none and I highly recommend him to any buyer or seller.

He guided me through a multiple offer situation with skill and expertise. He was always available if I had any questions and would respond quickly if he could not take my call. My unit had an offer on it which I accepted in 24 hours. The administration staff(Helen & Lizz) at Sotheby's Sun Peaks were the epitome of professionalism. They sent me documents pertaining to the sale of my property in a timely manner and were always available for a quick conversation if I had questions. Sotheby's marketing process took all of the stress out of selling my unit . I knew every aspect of the sale had been double checked before any pictures / information had been released. All in all , if you would like to deal with a real estate agency that is professional and always has your best interests at heart then you should pick Sotheby's.

Gianpiero (GP) met with us on short notice and had some great advice and was very informative on to what to expect and was spot on as to what we would receive for our property. He gave us points in helping us make our decision as when to sell it and for what he expected we should get. Once we had decided to have him for our Realtor, his service was exceptional, he was very helpful in informing us on what changes to make that would help improve with the sale! GP set up a connection with a woman who helped with the decoration updates and staging to really present the property in the best lighting. The designer that he recommended did a great job in making our place look spacious and bright! GP’s team at Sotherby’s were absolutely great with keeping up on all the paperwork required and set us up for the automated notifications for showing appointments. It did not take long once we had all the paper work in place that our property was on the market and we had action immediately. Within ten days of it being on the market, it was sold for exactly what we were hoping for and what GP had said we would receive.
