★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terible vustomer services. I have been working with them for 5 years and 2 differents restaurants but what happened because they did not able to collect ti payment due to i was not being therir they did not drop the products.
Also when I asked medium size wings i beign chqrge for medium but reciving smallest size. They dont know how to put two things together.
Is this the way of running the business or treating your customer if so you had better move on different filds.
Dont reckments to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, the truck never shows up to deliver and then they call us asking why we didn’t pay the bill, when nothing ever showed up? Whenever we call we have to go through 3 people before anyone knows what they’re talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse place to get your meat from. Customer service in the front needs to be retrained. They will hang up on your call if they have to wait a moment. They will give you one price over the phone and then change the prices on you when you come to pick up your meat. They will deny giving you prices over the phone. Thanks I'll take my business elsewhere ? I used to get my meat from this place but I would rather pay more and get treated better.

Then asked me to call them back.
On the call: They advised me the price i was given over the phone was for frequent customers and the increased price we picked up at was for non frequent. And advised i should get the representative name when calling in. This is to justify why you get one price over the phone but when you pick up the meat its increased. Then they say that not all representatives are at work. So now they are pushing the blame around. Strange because the lady was very firm when saying "i was the one you were speaking to yesterday". All in all. If you give one price over the phone and we agree to it and place the order to come pick it up the next day. It should be that price. We were trying to open a new account with you for our second business. Thank you for your time.

The delivery driver didn't delivery the chicken.

I already do the business with them many years, they change the price without notice, then when you call they said they’re busy too much customer so they can’t notice everyone!!!! The reason make I angry is they shipment isn’t match with the invoice (I ordered 160 LB ,they just gave me 150LB but the invoice is still charged me 160LB ). Be AWARDED, check your quantity and your invoice, if you don’t notice them within 24 hours you have to pay for you careless !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a business experience at 2 Sisters, it is a rather a family experience. They treat you like family where they stay in touch with you during the whole process. Most companies never pick up calls once they get the initial set up, however with 2 Sisters Poultry, they are always available. They have great staff and prices. Their Sales Manager, Manjot Uppal is a man with a heart of gold. He followed up with me to ensure that the company had met my expectations. They company has actually exceeded my expectations and I will deal with their team for rest of my life. Great Company.
